Future development · working name
Agape Crossings
A working name for the ±67-acre mixed-use community planned on Elkton Pike — single-family lots, cottage and townhome homes, commercial frontage, and open space threaded with walking trails, on land that already has city water and sewer.
Agape Crossings is a working name, not a final one. It is offered here so the project has a name to plan under while the details are settled.

The concept
What is contemplated
A concept plan is a drawing of what could be built, not a promise of what will be. The yields below are illustrative and subject to revision.
67 single-family lots
A residential core of roughly 33 acres, laid out as a neighbourhood street pattern with an eye to how it will look in twenty years, not just on handover day.
169 multi-family homes
A mix of bungalow and cottage product with townhomes, so that people at different stages of life can find a place in the same community rather than being priced out of it.
Commercial frontage
±5 acres along Elkton Pike, planned for mixed use so that daily needs sit within the community rather than down the highway.
Open space and trails
Green space and a walking trail network through the tract. We intend the trail to carry the name Peace & Friendship Green, after the 1786 Treaty of Peace and Friendship — the subject of our film.
Phasing
Two stages, in order
Near-term
Seventeen single-family lots, platted and moving through entitlement. The engineering drawings carry elevations, walking trails and site features.
Expansion
Annexed into the city limits with no fixed plan, which keeps the density and the layout open to change as the first phase teaches us what the market and the neighbourhood actually want.
The name
Why “Agape Crossings”
Agape is selfless, righteous love — love that acts rather than merely feels. It is the word our foundation is built on, and it is the standard we want this place held to.
“Crossings” comes from the road. The tract fronts Elkton Pike, which carries both U.S. Route 31 and State Route 7 — the north–south route running from the Alabama line through Elkton to Pulaski, and one of the main ways this part of Tennessee reached Nashville and the Gulf before the interstate took the traffic.
It also describes the plan. A crossing is a place you pass through and a place you can stop: commercial frontage on the highway, homes set behind it, trails threading between them, so that some of the daily needs of 236 households are met on the site rather than down the road.
And it carries the older meaning. Peoples and histories crossing is the subject of our film — a treaty signed in Morocco in 1786, a purchase made in Paris in 1803, and the nations who were never asked. Agape Crossings is love at the place where paths meet.
- Three home types rather than one, so the neighbourhood does not become a single product repeated 236 times.
- Open space and trails that belong to everyone who lives there, not only to the lots that face them.
- Land and buildings stewarded for the generations after us — the plain meaning of legacy.
- Decisions made in the open, with the people already living on Elkton Pike, not merely presented to them.
Where this stands
The name Agape Crossings is a working name and is not final. It has not yet been cleared for use with the City of Pulaski, the Giles County Register of Deeds or the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and no rights are claimed in it.
This project is under consideration. It remains subject to due diligence, approvals, financing, land control, engineering and final agreements, and nothing on this page is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a commitment of any kind. Concept yields are illustrative and may change.
We hold no agency in this tract. It is currently marketed for sale by others, and the figures above are theirs, reproduced here to describe the opportunity accurately rather than to claim it.
