The housing program
AGAPE FOUNDATION INC helps households in Giles County work through the USDA Section 502 Direct programme, which offers 100% financing with no down payment for eligible rural households. The USDA page explains the terms and the county income limits, and the pre-application is the first step.
Applications are handled under the data security protocol. Pre-screens are delivered to CRJSR@agape-intl.org and nothing is submitted to USDA until every adult in the household has signed the release forms.
